1.   No Returns or Exchanges:

   - All sales of dog bows, necklaces, and clothing are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.

2.   Defective Items:  

   - If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

3.  Customer Satisfaction:  

   - We strive for customer satisfaction. Please ensure you select sizes and styles carefully before completing your purchase.

 Lost Orders:      

- If your order gets lost in the mail or doesn’t get delivered, please contact USPS directly. After we ship out your order, we are no longer responsible for your package.
